Due Date for VST Reports: 1st Day of each Month
To be considered on-time, VST reports should be sent to the following email addresses: se-st-reports@jyhad.net, us-se-st-reports@cammail.white-wolf.com, and your supervising storyteller (generally your DST).
Use the following format for the subject of your email: MMYY Domain Code Venue Abbreviation (Ex. 1106 NC-006-D RE). Venue abbreviations are RE, FO, MA, MO, and CH.

4. Venue Summary
This should include a summary of what happened at the games held in your venue for the month, including updates on any regional level plots that were run. Make note of any significant events and/or changes to your venue.
5. Plotlines
This should be a short summary of each plotline currently being run in your venue. The summary should be a high level overview that notes the name of the plotkit, when it began, and when it's project to end. Also note any major NPCs in the plotkit and the current events in the plotkit. There should be a separate entry for each plotline being run.
6. Pending Approvals
This is a listing of all unapproved approvals in the Approvals Database. Each entry should look like the following:

7. Character Census
This should list the Character name and Player Name for each PC assigned to your venue. Also, please list whether the PC is a primary or a secondary PC.
8. Distribution by Type:
This section should be a listing of each type of creature in your venue by approval level. For example, for Requiem, you would list the total number of each Clan, each Covenant, and each Bloodline currently assigned to your venue.
